Any advice, help or guidance given is impartial because we have no formal contracts or relationships involving pecuniary interests with any external suppliers or consultants.  The focus of advice and support given is always on the organisation concerned and its development, and how it can best be enabled to meet its clients’ needs.


Regular feedback on the progress of all contracts is provided to the managing organisation.  Timetables and action plans are set out as required, and used on an ongoing basis to ensure that progress is achieved and any milestones are reached.


All urgent communications (including telephone calls and e-mails) are responded to promptly.  Contacts are kept informed as to what to expect within what timescale.
