GDPR


LAWRENCE Solutions provides consultancy support on GDPR. We have been training and advising clients for over 10 years on the implications of the Data Protection Act and this is now to be replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation in May 2018. We are now supporting organisations in the voluntary/third sector with their preparations.

Event Management


We provide a comprehensive service in organising events including:
  • advising and guiding the organisers
  • developing the programme and format
  • finding, booking and liaising with venues
  • liaising with speakers and presenters
  • drafting publicity and marketing materials
  • sending out invitations and mailings
  • processing bookings
  • production of delegate packs and materials
  • event evaluation.
We can source technical equipment as needed.

On the day we can:
  • manage delegate reception
  • manage IT arrangements and sound and visual equipment
  • facilitate workshops
  • operate ppvote (an electronic voting system).
